1-Splash Water Park
Started on Aug. 15 and continuing until mid-October, Katara Beach is organizing a beach festival.
As a part of this festival there will be a Splash Waterpark that includes a zipline, water trampoline, inflatable tubes, pools and football fields, bumper ball, trampolines and others.
The festival starts daily from 3 pm until midnight.
There is an entry fee of QR100 per person.
Concerning people who would like to use the zipline, they should add a QR 100.
2-Meet with Pokemon GO players
If you are a Pokémon GO fan, then you are invited to meet, on Friday August 19 from 3pm until 10:30pm, with “pokemon” players in the Splash Water Park at Katara, and that in aim of collecting some virtual creatures.
Besides collecting pokemon, the attendees will be able to singing the Pokémon anthem, and play some interesting games.
Entry fee: QR60 per person.
Children at age 7 and bellow can enter for free.
17 pieces, of the, Turkish artist Aslı Çavuşoğlu’s, are being showed at the Arab Museum of Modern Art (Mathaf), in an art exhibition by the name of “Red/Red”.
You will be able to see handmade notebooks of drawings and paintings made with red pigments from Armenia and Turkey.
The exhibition will be found until September, and is opened daily, except Mondays, from 11am to 6pm, except on Friday when it’s open from 3pm to 8pm.

4-Attend the Muay Thai road Show
On Saturday, Aug. 20 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel from 1:30pm to 5:30pm, you will be able to attend some workshops with Thailand’s top fighters and trainers to get some sessions about Muay Thai sports, which will help you release stress, lose weight and others.
There are no entry fees, and it’s open for both men and women.
