During a long journey on a flight, a passenger was drunk in a way he lost his head and misbehaved with a cabin crew, which led him to get a two-year jail sentence and a QR 100000 fine by a Doha criminal court recently.
In details, a man, who had consumed alcohol on a flight from Bangkok to Doha, got intoxicated and created trouble for the cabin crew. In an inebriated state, he refused to follow instructions for his own and his fellow passengers’ safety.
He also tried to harass an air hostess on board. Once the flight landed in Doha, he was apprehended and handed over to police.
The court convicted the passenger when his case came up for trial.
