Child caught having drugs at school
Police in Massachusetts has arrested the father of a child who went to elementary school with a bag of cocaine, and told classmates that it made him feel “like Spiderman” or “Spider-Man.”
In details, the incident took place at Lawrence Elementary School, 90 minutes west of Boston, on Thursday. The headmaster of the school contacted the police.
Police called an ambulance and took the boy to the hospital as a precaution, but the hospital administration said it did not believe the boy had taken cocaine.
On the other hand, the police went to the boy’s house, where he found his father, Benny Garcia, asleep with 38 bags of cocaine and 70 bags of heroin at home.
Police said another child, an infant, was living in Garcia’s house with the mother, but both children were taken to childcare institutions. Garcia will appear in court next Wednesday, November 20, to determine his fate.
