Mall of Qatar: Many activities during Ramadan
Residents and visitors of all backgrounds can experience Ramadan at Mall of Qatar (MoQ).
Every day from 7pm to 1am, children are invited to learn Arabic calligraphy, create prayer pads, lanterns, puppets and much more in an arts and crafts area near West Gate 1 facing Salam Department Store.
Henna is also available for visitors of all ages.
During weekends, a storyteller will bring to life traditional stories at the activation area and everyone can enjoy traditional Oud and Kanoon at the Oasis from 9pm to 12.30am.
Additionally, MoQ partnered with new tenant: Qinwan, a Qatari company specialized in the international trade of the finest dates, to offer visitors daily Arabic coffee and dates every day from 6.30pm to 7.30pm and 9.30pm to 11.30pm.
On the 14th day of Ramadan at 9pm, MoQ will be hosting an educative play on the traditional Garangao celebration with gifts of sweets for all children throughout the mall.
MoQ will be extending its opening hours with restaurants and cafes open for Iftars to as late as 2am.
