The Museum of Islamic Art Park: an awesome destination for families!

The Museum of Islamic Art Park is a green area found near the museum and in an awesome destination at Doha’s waterfront. It is a beautiful place where you can relax with your family members.

 

There you will find a semi-circular palm-tree lined path and two large playgrounds for kids that are well equipped to offer your children a unique experience.  In addition to a café that offers food, drinks and ice cream and a gift shop.

 

In this park you will be able to enjoy a good time with you family members for a day, and maybe take some photos.

 

 

What is allowed?

Biking, scooting, roller skating, football, paddle-boats, running, jogging, walking, flying a kite.

 

What is not allowed?

Swimming, fishing, animals, BBQs, open fires, smoking in café seating areas.

 

 You can hire bungee trampolines, bicycles and paddle boats.

 

Food and beverages: fresh sandwiches, salads and others.

 

There are praying rooms for both males and females are by Al-Riwaq Doha Exhibition Space.

 

There is on Wi-Fi found.

 

Night lighting is available.

 

There is no entrance fee.

 

There is a parking.

Most paths in the park are accessible to wheelchairs. The café and toilet facilities are also accessible.

 

Opening hours:  10:30-22:00 (gates tend to open later on Fridays, closed on Tuesdays).
